30-Day Refund Policy

Your 30-day window. You may return a vehicle purchased from Survivor Autos within 30 calendar days of the date you take delivery. The window is counted from delivery or collection, not from the date of your deposit.

Condition. The vehicle must come back in substantially the same condition it left in, with no new damage beyond normal wear, and with all keys, manuals, accessories and documentation supplied at the point of sale.

Mileage. The refund applies to vehicles driven no more than 1,000 miles since purchase. Beyond that we may apply a reasonable usage deduction.

How to start a return. Email info@survivorautos.com with your name, stock number and the reason for the return. We will confirm your return and arrange collection or drop-off at our Atlanta location.

Inspection and refund. Once we receive the vehicle we carry out an inspection, typically within three business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or lender to post the funds.

What is not refundable. Delivery and shipping charges, government fees, taxes and title or registration costs already paid to third parties are not refundable. Aftermarket parts or modifications added after purchase are not covered, and the vehicle must be free of any lien placed on it after the sale.

Financed purchases. If your purchase was financed, the refund is applied to your lender first to settle the outstanding balance. Any remaining amount is returned to you.

Trade-ins. Where a trade-in formed part of the purchase and that vehicle has not yet been resold, we will do our best to return it. If it has already been sold, we refund the agreed trade-in value instead.
